A true home from home

• Our rates are charged per night. However, unless we agree to a change of pick up time, an additional half day rate will be added to the cost of your booking.
• Owners will be provide all bedding, food, toys and treats required for their dog during it's stay. Our rates do not cover the cost of these items.
• Our rates do include heating, exercise, insurance, VAT and the administering of any medication.

Cancellations made at least 12 weeks prior to the boarding start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 12 - 2 weeks prior to the boarding start date will be charged the full deposit amount. 

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start of boarding or during the booking will be charged for the full booking fee.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via a payment link we provide using Stripe or via bank transfer. 

• All dogs must be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough. 
• Proof of vaccinations must be provided.
• We have the right to refuse your dog if they are not vaccinated.
• We do not accept any responsibility for any problems that occur from no vaccination.

We can administer medication at no extra cost, it must be supplied with clear instruction.
